Frequently asked questions
How long does setup take?
For standard solutions we plan 4 to 7 working days, depending on how quickly you send prices, logo and access.
Does it run on my existing website?
In most cases yes, for example WordPress, Wix, Webflow, Shopify and custom sites. Some plans (such as Squarespace Personal) do not allow code embeds. In that case we provide a standalone page.
What does it cost?
A ready-made bot from the shelf starts at €990 setup and €99 support per month. A solution tailored to your industry starts at €2,490 setup and €249 per month. A dedicated landing page is €400 extra. Websites: landing page from €490, complete presence from €1,900 plus €99 per month, Google profile package from €290. Prices exclude VAT because we are a small business under § 19 UStG. All figures are non-binding until you receive a quote.
How is payment handled?
We only sell to businesses. Up to €500 you pay in advance. A bot from €990 is paid half at order and half before handover. Larger projects are split 40% at order, 30% after draft approval and 30% before handover. Monthly fees are charged in advance by SEPA direct debit or card, starting only after approval. Access and handover to your domain follow the final payment.
Does it also run in Telegram?
Yes, on request. The default is the chat on your website. We set up a Telegram bot as an add-on.
Do visitors know they are talking to an AI?
Yes. The chat clearly states that an AI is answering and links to the privacy notice.
How does working together work?
Everything is in writing: request, quote by email, project briefing (one questionnaire with everything we need), test link to try it, approval, installation. We do not do phone calls and answer questions by email.
What about data protection?
We work in line with GDPR. The privacy policy and the data processing agreement we provide explain what data is processed.
Can the bot advise like a doctor or lawyer?
No. Our bots collect information and give orientation. They do not replace medical, legal or tax advice.
