Agent or bot: what is the difference?
Bot
Talks to your customers, for example as a chat on your website. It answers questions.
Agent
Does a job in the background and delivers a result: a rated list, a report, a reconciliation. It does not answer questions, it takes research off your hands.

Runs in your account
The agent runs in your own Make account with your own API key. Operating costs go straight to the providers, not through us, and you keep full control.
Results are suggestions
An agent delivers hits, drafts and hints. You check and decide. Important steps such as sending messages only happen after your approval.
We set up and look after it
If you do not want to set up the technology yourself, we do it. Afterwards we keep the agent running on request, even when sources change.
Prices
Sold to businesses only. All prices net; as a small business under § 19 UStG (German VAT Act) we do not charge VAT.

Starting prices. Whether and how much effort a connection takes depends on the system; we check before the quote and then name a fixed price. Not included: running your own servers and phone assistants.
Setup service
You would rather not deal with account, key and connections? We set everything up for you and test together with you: €190 flat.
Operating costs. Running costs also arise with the providers (Make account and AI key). They depend on usage and you pay them directly. Current prices are on the providers' websites.

Frequently asked questions
May the agent process personal data?
Our search agents work with public business information. We do not offer searches for private individuals. If your use touches personal data (for example invoices), we clarify data protection and data processing with you beforehand.
Who is responsible for the results?
You operate the agent and decide how the results are used. We describe exactly what the agent can and cannot do. Details are in our terms.
What happens if a source changes and the agent stops working?
This happens with agents that read sources on the web. The support plans include adapting the agent.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. With the setup service we take care of the technology; you operate the agent through a simple input.
Can I try an agent before I buy?
For the customer finder we show you a sample search for your line of business on request. Just tell us the industry and region.
