Letter campaign with QR code
A personal letter stands out where emails get lost. The letter campaign creates a finished letter with its own QR code and short link for every business on your list. Whoever scans lands on your demo page, and every response can be traced to the business that wrote in. We use this process ourselves for our own letter campaign.
Input: your company list, for example from the customer finder.
What the agent does
- Creates one letter per company as a PDF in window-envelope layout (DIN 5008), with the address and a suitable text for each trade.
- Adds a personal QR code and a short link that leads to your page or demo.
- Matches every response to the company via the code.
- Keeps a list of companies that want no more post and leaves them out of future campaigns.
Limits and responsibility
- Mail advertising is subject to data protection and competition law. Every letter contains a privacy notice with a way to object. You are responsible for whether your campaign is lawful; if in doubt, ask a lawyer.
- We cannot guarantee that a letter is read or how many reply.
- The agent sends nothing itself. You arrange dispatch and payment.

Frequently asked questions
Who prints and sends the letters?
An online letter service of your choice. You upload the finished PDFs there and pay printing and postage directly. We help with the choice.
How do I see who responded?
Every letter has its own code. When someone gets in touch via link, QR code or form, the code is sent along. That is how we match the response to the company.
