Real estate agent
Anyone who searches for or brokers property has to keep an eye on offers constantly. The real estate agent watches sources that may legally be used for this and reports properties that match your search profile.
Sources: only legally permitted sources, which we clarify with you beforehand.
What the agent is meant to do
- Takes your search profile (region, property type, size, price range).
- Watches permitted sources at fixed intervals.
- Reports new matching properties with the key data.
- Summarises the properties in an overview.
Limits and responsibility
- Many portals forbid automatic reading in their terms of use. We only build on sources that allow it.
- Which sources come into question we clarify before the quote. This can limit the scope.
- You decide what to do with the matches.

Frequently asked questions
Which portals does the agent read?
We clarify that case by case. We do not read any portal whose terms forbid it.
Is the agent for agents or for people searching?
Either is possible. The search profile determines what it reports.
