What the agent is meant to do
- Reports new reviews on your profile.
- Recognises whether they are positive, neutral or critical.
- Writes a draft reply in your tone.
- Publishes nothing without your approval.
Limits and responsibility
- The agent never replies on its own. You approve every reply.
- Whether the technical connection to your profile is possible we check before the quote.
- You decide on critical reviews and possible legal questions (for example false statements of fact), if needed with legal advice.

Frequently asked questions
Can the agent delete reviews?
No. It reads and suggests replies. Only Google can delete.
Will the replies sound like me?
We agree tone and form of address with you and adjust the style after the first drafts.
