Tender agent
Public bodies put out tenders that many businesses never see because nobody has time to search the portals. The tender agent reads the portals for you and reports what fits.
Sources: public procurement portals.
What the agent is meant to do
- Searches public procurement portals for your keywords and regions.
- Summarises each matching tender briefly.
- Enters the submission deadline and reminds you in time.
- Links to the original documents.
Limits and responsibility
- The agent does not replace checking the tender documents. The original is always what counts.
- You check deadlines and conditions yourself. We give no guarantee of completeness.
- Which portals may be used we clarify during setup.
How it works
- 1
Setup
You name services, keywords, region and the contract size you want.
- 2
Search
The agent searches the portals at fixed intervals.
- 3
Selection
It shows only what matches your criteria.
- 4
Report
You receive summary, deadline and a link to the tender.
Layout of the report
| Tender | Contracting body | Place | Deadline | Link |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| … | … | … | … | … |
This is how the report is laid out. The agent is in preparation and will be tested before launch.
Prices
Setup (one-time): Medium, €790–1,290. From the second agent: 20% off the setup. We give the exact price after your description.
Sold to businesses only. All prices net; as a small business under § 19 UStG (German VAT Act) we do not charge VAT.
Frequently asked questions
Does the agent also write bids?
No. It finds and summarises. You prepare the bid.
